About the Role
We’re seeking a mid-level Performance Marketer with 5+ years of experience to drive our paid advertising strategy across channels like Google, Facebook, and Instagram. Your mission will be to optimize campaigns, improve conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives.
  • Present actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
The Ideal Candidate For This Role Possesses The Following Qualities
  • Experience: 5+ years in performance marketing with a proven track record of driving conversions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and analytics tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
  • Strategic Skills: Ability to plan and execute paid strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
  • Certifications (Optional): Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certified is a plus.
  • Language Skills (Optional): Proficiency in French and/or German would be advantageous but is not mandatory.
